Try to import vroid model into vrchat for over a years but no progress.
I have been work on this model for over a years and im still stuck in the same place all i want to do is upload this vroid model into vrchat but each time i get close theres always something in the way and I have to go i could spend hours and days but nothing. I have tried using the vrm to vrchat export but oh no vrchat is updating to 2022 that doesnt work anymore and oh no just to open a new file it takes 30mins.ok i will try exporting as a fbx but oh no theres no texturs ok I will go to materials but oh no cant extract textures ok i will go back into blender but oh no doesnt work. Im even think of giving someone else this model to do this because no matter what i do nothing is working. Its almost like theres some demon or ghost i dont know some being using everything in its power to not let me finsh this model. I dont want this guy to wait 2 years and im still not done. I just dont know theres barely anything online

I imported one just a few weeks ago. There‘s lots of good youtube tutorials. If you have any specific problem I might be able to help. Did it via Unity VRM to VRChat converter.

use blender 2.93TLS ( will need to get it either from the Microsoft store or from blenders versions) and get a tool called "CATS plugin" and enable vrm so blender can import it. once you got that in, import your vroid into it and then save. Once saved go to where you can unpack and press the first option. it should then display your vroid as it is from vroid. Once you see it, look for cats in the tool bar and press fix model and it will fix the model.
something to note is for phys on the hair/ breasts/ clothing, you will need to create a bone from the respective parent of the bones you want to be physed (e.g if you want the hair to be physed, create a bone from the head bone and select the first bone of each strand and pres ctrl+p. it will give you the option to keep offsets or merge, press keep offsets and that'll make it be able to be physed)
this playlist of VirtualGorilla will go through all the steps in more detail. it's the same one I used to follow when doing my vroids. [youtube link]

There is a working version of CATS for blender 3.x and even works partially for 4.x. At this point blender 2.93 is multiple years old. [github link]
