Chapters 105 & 106: God Save the Cromartie & Livin' on a Prayer

Pootans are school-wide laws of behavior that outline the governing precepts for how a school will guide its expansion through the stars and its stance on certain subjects. Pootans are different from Freddies in that they cost nothing to implement, but have effects on how students and other schools are likely to view each other. Once altered, a specific Pootan cannot be changed until 10 Mechazawa Betas have been destroyed. Pondering Pootans is advised as a way to mitigate student delinquency in large schools that have a lot of pops of different ethics, besides the possibility of opening up new possible avenues of humor.
